Staying in furnished apartments with self-catering is cheaper both in the short and long term compared to hotels. Just the housing cost is about 60% cheaper compared to local hotel prices. In addition, costs such as food become cheaper as you have access to self-catering.
Since we offer short-term housing from one week to several months, we only charge per week per person.
The price is exclusive of 12% VAT. (A week is considered to be between 3-7 days.) It includes bed linen and towels and a basic cleaning in connection with changing bed linen every other week. If you want extra cleaning, it costs 1590 SEK exclusive of 12% VAT per apartment.
The housing will be invoiced to your company after we have concluded the agreement over your housing period.
