How to get to the accommodation in Sandviken?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is by agreement. You can arrive at any time of the day as you will have already received a code via SMS before arrival. Check-out is also by agreement.

Can I keep the apartment/room over the weekend?

Yes, since you pay for the accommodation on a weekly basis, you have access to the rented space for the entire week, regardless of the day.

What parking options do you offer?

We offer our own parking lot for free, alternatively you can park for free on the street.

How does cleaning work?

As Rum on Sandbacka consists of self-catering apartments, cleaning and change of sheets and towels is done every other week during your stay. Toilets and floors are also cleaned, provided that there are no things on the floor. Of course, we also take care of the cleaning when it is time to leave, just like in a normal hotel. If you are interested in purchasing extra cleaning in addition to the simple cleaning that is included in the price, it is possible to do so.

Is there a restaurant and bar?

Rooms at Sandbacka do not serve food. However, there are restaurants within walking distance in central Sandviken. At Esa Asian Sushi restaurant, both sushi and Thai food are served. They also have a liquor license.

Is there access to the Internet?

We offer free wireless internet in all apartments. The password is clearly stated on an information board that is located in the hall of the apartment.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. You can smoke on the balcony of the apartments that have it. Otherwise, you can smoke outside.

What credit cards do you accept?

We invoice our customers, or alternatively, we accept Swish payments at number 123-11 22 936.

Is there access to exercise and physical activity?

Sandviken offers a wide range of activities. Just a 10-minute drive away is Högbo Bruk with pay-and-ski tracks during the winter months and beautiful nature for walking, cycling, mountain biking, and running in the summer. There are also several gyms, tennis and paddle courts nearby.

How do the laundry rooms work?

A washing machine is available in the apartment and is free to use.
